Delivery times based on orders received by 12:00 PM (Eastern Time), Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). For orders received later in the day, add one additional day to delivery times listed above. Some items cannot be delivered Rush or Express. Weekend delivery is not available.
We cannot fulfill rush or express shipping to PO Boxes, APO/FPO Addresses, Hawaii, Alaska, or Guam or other U.S. protectorates.
For orders shipped to Canada, add $7 to the Regular shipping charges. All prices are in US dollars, payable in US funds only. Foreign duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility. Sorry, no Rush or Express delivery available. Some products cannot be shipped to Canada.

By mail: If you would like to pay by check, please call 1-800-998-8173, place your order, and tell the representative that you would like to send your payment by check.
Taxes
Pretty Good Goods Catalog collects sales tax for items shipped to Florida, Minnesota, Illinois, and Vermont. The tax rate applied to your order will generally be the combined state and local rate for the address where your order was shipped. Therefore, the sales tax rate applied to your order may be different for an order shipped to your home address than it is for an order for the very same items shipped to your work address.
The Pretty Good Goods fulfillment provider obtains sales tax rates from a leading tax rate service provider, and will compute the exact tax at the time your order is processed.

Definitions
Backorder: Catalog is currently out-of-stock on this item, but expects more inventory to be added in the near future. If you place an order for a backordered item, it generally ships within 2-3 weeks of placing the order. Your credit card is not charged for a backordered item until it ships.
