This new double CD set from Jazzology presents Butch leading a specially assembled seven-piece band in a 1985 Chicago concert for the Good Time Jazz Club. The personnel includes four members of the Twin Cities' Hall Brothers Jazz Band - Charlie DeVore (cornet), Bill Evans (bass), Hal Smith (drums) and Butch on piano -- as well as Chicagoans John Otto (alto sax), Jack Meilahn (guitar), and the late clarinetist Frank Chace, the day's featured artist.
